Window Cleaning

Thorough cleaning of exterior windows, frames, sills, and doors to keep your home looking fresh and sparkling. This includes treatment for the frames. Ideal for regular maintenance to maintain a pristine appearance.

Soffit, Fascia, Gutter & Cladding Cleaning

We clean all the white areas on the exterior of your home, including soffits, fascia, gutters, and cladding. Each surface is washed and treated to restore its look and help protect it from future buildup.

Block Paving & Patio Cleaning

We thoroughly pressure wash your block paving or patio to remove dirt, moss, algae, and weeds. All surfaces are treated with a biocide to help prevent regrowth and keep them looking fresh for longer.

Hi, we’re Chloe & Jaike — and the enthusiastic one in the lead is Holly, our rescue dog and part-time mascot.

We started Squeegee Cleans after four intense years running a marketing agency from home, working 18-hour days behind a screen. It drained our mental health and left us feeling stuck. So, we took the leap and swapped the keyboard for ladders — chasing fresh air, real connection, and a service that actually means something to both us and our customers.

Fast forward to today: we’re proud to serve over 200 happy customers, with a growing business that continues to surprise and inspire us. Thanks to every person who supports us — you’ve helped us find our feet again, and we’re so glad to be here.

Terms Of Service

  • We offer professional cleaning services including Block Paving & Patio Cleaning, Soffit, Fascia, Gutter & Cladding Cleaning, Gutter Clearance, and Window Cleaning.

    Our services are carried out in accordance with industry standards and any specific instructions agreed upon at booking.

    • Appointments must be booked in advance.

    • A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings.

    • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

    • Failure to provide notice or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or additional charges.

    • Clients must ensure full access to all areas scheduled for cleaning.

    • Pets must be kept indoors during the service.

    • All areas to be cleaned should be cleared of obstacles.

    • Doors and windows should be closed.

    • Access to an outdoor tap must be provided if required for the service.

    • Clients do not need to be home during the service, but access arrangements must be made.

    • We aim to perform all work on the scheduled day.

    • Services may be rescheduled due to unsuitable weather, staff illness, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

    • Clients will be notified promptly if rescheduling is necessary.

    • Payment is due on the day the service is completed.

    • An invoice will be sent once the work is finished, and payment must be received by midnight on the same day.

    • Accepted payment methods include cash or bank transfer.

    • A late payment fee of £10.00 will be charged if payment is not received by the deadline.

    • We take great care during all services and maintain appropriate insurance.

    • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our services.

    • Clients should notify us immediately of any concerns or damage.

    • Clients are responsible for preparing the property according to the guidelines above.

    • Failure to do so may delay or affect the quality of the service.

    • Any concerns about our service should be reported within 24 hours.

    • We commit to addressing and resolving issues promptly and fairly

    • Client information is handled confidentially and used solely for service delivery and communication.

    • We comply with applicable data protection laws.

    • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.

    • Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom.
